ALL REFUNDS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  1. You must send an email to califiamojoshop@gmail.com within 14 business days of receiving your order. Please use the word REFUND in the subject line for quicker response time. Your email should include the reason for the refund, your order number, full name, email and date received. If this information is missing we may not be able to complete your request.
  1. Item must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories attached.
  1. You will receive the CURRENT ONLINE STORE PRICE, so if the item has gone on sale (not a code-bearing promo) you will only receive the CURRENT ONLINE RETAIL VALUE.
  1. We do not accept returns on SALE.
  1. All items that were full price, but discounted using a code will be STORE CREDIT ONLY.

 

We will credit your original method of payment within 30 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges. Any returned or exchanged items must returned within 14 days of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
